This was a quick and easy project. Starting with two Atlas ACF hoppers, I stripped off the original markings, primed the bodies and gave each unit a base coat of gloss yellow. I then masked off the bottom sill and painted the sill and underbody with a deep gloss blue. I bought a Micro-Scale decal set at a local train show, then applied the decals in accordance with the drawings provided with the decal sheet. Voila - two new Chessie hoppers for the fleet!
